Perched on the banks of Kootenay Lake, this family home was built around a demanding site, solved with local materials to to fit the Architectural and Structural intent, carefully choreographed through construction by a top notch team.

Juniper acted as the Structural Engineer of Record, as well as Structural Steel detailer, carefully modeling each and every bolt to ensure proper install during a short build season.
